I tried to reset n unable to change the password how do I do a factory reset
To reset the device, there is a reset button located on the bottom of the device located next to the mic. To activate the button you must stick a pin into the hole where the reset button is located.
Hi, Did you do it this way? Press and hold Volume + button and the Power button at the same time. The tablet’s screen should turn on. When it does release the Power button but keep the Volume + button held down until you see a large Android in the center of the screen.
