Hi Just wondering if anyone knows of a guide on replacing the clutch cover on a Mid 2012 MBP (13 Inch), mine’s a bit broken and while I can easily source a replacement I’m not sure how complicated the job is. Thanks
There are two ways go about it: Take the display assembly off MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Mid 2012 Display Replacement then you can slide the old unit off and put on the new one.Carefully peel off the rest of the broken unit without damaging the antenna unit underneath, then carefully snap the new one on. If the part is old it will be brittle and will likely crack putting it back on.
