The real problem is with the bluetooth/WiFi card. It wasn’t working before the system update. and it’s soldered to the ps3 board “hard to be replaced " . i search for any other way to complete the update without replace the chip

you can remove the hard drive and buy a sata to usb adaptor
and connect the hard drive to the laptop or pc and transfer the file and reconnect it to the ps3 or you can just put the file on a usb stick and plug it into the ps3 and transfer files for update
