I have a Keurig K-Elite, it does not look like the picture, but this is the model I have (https://www.amazon.com/Keurig-K-Elite-St…) and no matter what, I can not get it to brew over 8 oz. The K Elite has five cup sizes, the 10 oz, and 12 oz will only ever brew 8 oz. I have cleaned descaled, done all kinds of things to fix it. I wonder is there is a part that I could replace like the air pump that would fix this, or is it a circuit board problem. Is there a way to diagnose exactly what failed inside the keurig?
Are you sure you fill the reservoir to the proper amount for the task?
