Unihertz does not supply batteries for the Jelly2. I need a 2nd battery. What can I do?
Hi @yls One way is to disassemble the phone to gain access to the battery and then to search online for suppliers of the battery, using the model number of the battery which is printed on the battery itself. Here’s a dis-assembly video that will help. Note: the battery is stuck down to the back cover of the phone and to gain access, you will have to nearly completely disassemble the phone.
