During an install the installer reported errors reading the disk. How do I reformat an SSD ? Is it as simple as running Disk Utility ?
Using either the grey CD/DVD disks that came with the system or using a FireWire drive which is setup as a bootable drive using OS-X El Capitan (10.11.x) as this is the highest version of OS-X your system will support.
