My macbook air 13 inch felt from my lap, and the aluminium case at the back of the screen has now a dent on the corner. Do you know how to remove the dent? Do I need to disassembly completely?

I would not bother. Unless you have serious stoved in the corners or cracked the screen. It is easy to brake other components if you are not experienced repairer. I would put a sticker over it or get a vinyl wrap. If you have don’t have applecare but have full contents insurance on house you might be covered for electronic goods incidental damage.
