Chosen Solution
Tried to remove the 2 screws holding in the battery and one came out really easily- the other one (the lower one) will not come our- looks like it has been stripped. I took it to a store and they were afraid they would harm the motherboard if they tried to remove it. Any ideas?
Add a tiny bit of epoxy to the tip of your screwdriver, set it on the screw, allow it to set, then twist it out. The hard part will be keeping the screwdriver perpendicular to the motherboard while the epoxy sets up.
