I need to get rid of GPS to take my tablet to work place. I want to remove the GPS chip.
Sadly, thats not really an option! The GPS is part of the cellular modem chips. The best you can do is just turn it off from within the settings. Your other option is to buy a different tablet that doesn’t offer GPS (non-cellular) like an Apple iPad.
