Hi guys, I’m wondering how to remove superglue that is stuck on the outside of the headphone jack and on the bottom case. Some of it leaked onto it when trying to fix something. If it is relevant, my MacBook is space gray. Thanks, Jack
Acetone will remove superglue, but it may damage some surfaces, primarily plastics. I can’t guarantee this’ll work for you, as it seems to be dependent on the brand of glue and the surface and so forth, but I have found that if you let it dry fully, super glue becomes brittle, and can be flaked or chipped off if you’re very careful.
