the last week my brother restar his phone Microsoft lumia 640 when i restart show me a Windows that said that i need the reset protection recovery key and he no remember the account. how i can fix?
I have an lumia 640 that I bought on AT&T WORLD WIDE unlocked . 3 Days ago I have reset it and now it asked me for reset protection recovery key . I dont remember even my microsoft email acount . How I can solve this problem .
