I need to remove the right rim to open the gear box. I tried pulling it but it seem very tight, any idea on what should be the best way to do it? Thanks in advance for your help.

So you could perhaps try to unscrew the wheel from the gear box (it could be screwed on clockwise or counter clockwise) or take some pliers and try to pull out the wheel. My guess is that the wheel is attached to a rod that runs inside the gear box and attaches to a motor or gear, so try to work around it to not damage the toy. Also maybe you could find a smaller screwdriver to slim under the rim.
Thank you so much for your help. This morning i have been able to remove the rim, pulling and rotating it. It worked just fine. So I inspected the gear to see if it was possible to reduce the speed. No luck, but I have been able to replace the motor with a slower one.
