I have a jackery giant and I cannot find a repair guide or tear down on them anywhere. My USB port is loose and I want to tear it open and repair. It’s got 2 ports the 5v 2.1 a is loose I just. Need help on tear down and repair
You have to pop off the top plate to get to the screws. I used a pair of pliers to pull the plastic up in between the two USB ports. Once you pull the top off you will find eight exposed screws. After removing the top eight screws, there are two more screws to remove before you can peel the plastic apart. When you peel the plastic apart you will expose the batteries and the circuits. The circuit board will come off if you lift it straight up exposing the bottom board containing the charging ports. The frame runs through the bottom circuit board so you have to lift it straight up to get it loose but be warned the wires running to the batteries do not allow you to bring the board up very far.
