my psp 1000 can’t on and when my battery full also can’t working….
Look at the DC port on the PSP. Does it have the little metal pin sticking out of the middle? It is also possible that the switch on the power board may no longer work. Pick any of the guides listed on here PSP 1000 and open the PSP up and see if you can hold the power board still, plug it in and try flipping the black switch to see if it’ll turn on that way. Of course there is also the possibility that your power fuse is blown and that you have an interrupted circuit. check on here for much more info about that. Hope this helps, good luck.

I had seen on Youtube if you repeatedly push up the power button, it might turn on. Worth trying
