I was playing music at work and I dropped the phone and it fell flat on its back. I have a case on it and everything else is fine with the phone except that when I play music or have a phone call on speaker it sounds bad.
Hi, Look at this teardown, step 11: Samsung Galaxy S5 Teardown Maybe you have a curved pin at the loudspeaker. Gently press the bottom left side, where must be the loudspeaker and check the sound. The bad news is that disassembling GALAXY S5 is very hard operation that needs a lot of experience. Regards.
You will still have warrenty on phone as long as there is no physical damage on the phone you will get it fixed for free ,. Don’t mention it was dropped.. S5 is a very difficult phone to repair as the screen is the first thing to come out and it’s glued in so risk of breaking is high
