I bought second user iphone 7 plus… went i format it with itunes like normally, there have activation lock that my buyer icloud id.. what should i do, the buyer is lost contact
Sadly there is nothing you can do. An iCould locked phone is just not able to be unlocked without the given users ID and password. Yes, I know … You see all of the postings of some great wiz bang that will unlock it, sorry it’s a scam! Apple is not dumb! They did make it impossible to get in without the account. Let me propose this: I want you to get the yoke of an egg out. But! Without making any holes or breaks in the shell. As you guessed it its just not possible! Thats the same issue here. Sorry you got stung! It was likely a stolen phone. The nicest thing you can do it bring it into an Apple Store to see if they can get the phone back to the original owner I’m sure they would love to get it back!
