Has anyone completed a lens replacement for a near-side side indicator lens for a 2005 Honda Civic 5 dr hatch?.

Do you mean the side indicator on the mudguard/wing? If so, you will need to remove the inner guard cover, and maybe a screw and wiring. Then pop it out, refit is the reversal. If you mean the coloured reflector of your headlight, then that is a bit more complex but still do-able.
