The speaker isn’t working
miguel mahesso , Before changing the speaker, Recheck all your audio settings and make sure muting is off, etc.. Check and clean the earphone port and charge port also as this could cause no sound from external speaker. 1st and 2nd links trouble shooting audio, Pick dust debri out very carefully and blow out with compressed air and check in charge port for any damaged pins and straighten very carefully with tooth pick. Use the head phone pin and repeatedly push in and pull out rapidly in case a connector is stuck in headphone mode and will free up. The next thing forums suggest is to do a factory reset 3rd in case a App is corrupting the phone. If all else fails the 4th link will get you inside the mini to check speaker connection and reseat it to try or replace the speaker. Good luck.
