I need to Repair a cracked screen and possibly fix a backlight issue. Is this inbuilt with the screen or do I need to replace a backlight too

Have one of these and have replaced the front (touch) screen twice. Replaced once with a 3rd party screen, then dropped it again. Replaced again with the genuine HUAWEI part - so SO much better. Used parts from Ebay and videos from YT; and I am no expert at all. Having dismantled this thing twice: AFAIR the back light is in with the LCD/TFT/? rather than the touchscreen which perhaps makes it more tricky.
