Hi, My Lenovo Yoga 710-14IKB it was not turning on, I removed the back cover and unplug the battery and plug it again and it was recovered, But I would like to know if there is a way to reset the battery without unplugging it removing the back cover
@yelidominguez no there is not. Removing the cover is the only way. The issue I have with that is why you have to do this. Your Lenovo should still be covered under warranty, so let them check it out and make replacements as required.
