Had to do factory reset and device is still looking for an account that was previously synched with tablet. How do I set up a new gmail account for the tablet?
First open settings and go to accounts and select you old account and remove or select stop sync device option. If not able to stop click on add accounts and then click on create account if you have one all ready you can log in your account. After loging in from different account select your old account and delete the account.
