Hey @drew79, you can follow this (written below) I found from the Orbo Jr. troubleshooting tips to reset the device. Operating System is Unresponsive Perform a soft reset by holding the Power button down for 8 seconds or until you see the word “Android”. If this does not work, then try performing a hard reset by holding the volume up button along with the power button. Once the tablet starts up you should see a menu in the top left corner with an option called “Factory Reset Kernel.” Use the volume button to select the option and the screen brightness should be restored. -Let me know if this helps
