Hi guys, like the title says, I have tried to restore factory settings on a Sony Laptop with everything I have been able to find online, but nothing works!!! I tried F10, F8, I even created a Bootable USB Drive and nothing works! I do not have the recovery disc, I’m trying to help a coworker since this was suppose to be an easy fix, take it back to factory settings, star fresh from 0, but nop, I haven’t been able to get it! Model PCG-71913L Product Name VPCEH25FM Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit Any help will be DEEPLY welcome!
diazedwin, not quite sure what does and does not work for you. I would suggest you start with what Sony Suggest on here. Try it so that we have a common starting point and see what we can do to further assist you. Hope this helps, good luck.
