My phone won’t turn on, but I need photos off it
@christineblyton since you have not giving us enough information here is a very generic answer. For as long as your phone does not turn on, you can not retrieve anything from it. If you stored your files on a memory card, you can pull it out of your phone and get a card reader to pull those to a computer. This answer may change once more information becomes available.
