I have a ps4 that wont switch on. It says cannot start connect dual shock 4 using cable. i have done everything but option 6,7 which basically wipe all data. I dont care about saved game data. I have hundreds of screen captures videos ive saved playing games on my ps4. How can i access them and save them to usb or even transfer them over to my ps5 so all my videos are in one place ?
You can plug your hard drive into your PC and use Crystal Disk Info to see if it’s bad. If so, there’s no recovering any data on it as it’s encrypted to that PS4.
