Need to reset console because family Security is locking system from any use.
Call Microsoft, you can’t unlock it by yourself.
I don’t remember the sequence but there is a combo of pressing buttons in order that will disable the family locks… If you do a live chat with Microsoft (free) and say that “I forgot what the pin was” they should tell you how… P.S. If you find out what the order it is let me know… I don’t remember what it was…
