Chosen Solution
A few months ago I dropped my phone in water…I let it dry and turned it off for a day and it worked fine for a few weeks. Since then it just dies quickly and dies when it gets too cold which I’m fine dealing with until I can get a new phone. BUT last night it died and since has been stuck on the charging screen. I tried restarting it and storing it in an area where it won’t be too cold. Any suggestions on what I should do???
Hey Madison Lace, Do a hard reset, press and hold the power button + the home button for like 5 seconds. Hope that works.
