You, Will, Have To Restore Your iPod So Make Sure You Have All Of Your Music, Videos, Photos, Podcasts, Games, And Contacts Then Plug It Into iTunes And Restore It

You can connect it to iTunes and that should unlock it. I tried that with mine and it worked! Or look for the “_locked” file in Windows File Explorer and rename it to “_unlocked” then it should unlock it. The “_locked” file can be found in the “iPod_Control” in the root of the iPod.
