I’m not entirely sure if my screws are stripped but I was trying to replace my keyboard and i’m trying to take out the two fans. I was able to take out two screws from my left fan and one from my right. However attempting to take out the rest doesn’t seem to work. I’m using a Pentalobe T6 screwdriver to help fix this but I’m not really sure what else to do from here.

What is happening when you try to unscrew them. Is the driver turning but the screws are not? And do you feel the driver getting a good grip in the hole? There are a few possibilities: The screw is stripped, as you suggestedThe screw is a security screen and requires a TR6 (basically, has a small hole in the center of the head to accommodate a bump out in the center of the screw)The screw is stuck (I’ve had this issue before and had to work at it a bit to get it undone, which is always nerve-wracking as I don’t want to apply too much pressure to damage anything)It’s the wrong size driver for the screw If the screws are stripped, there are a number of ways to try and remove them (with tools, pliers, etc.). iFitIt has a guide on removing stripped screws here: How to Remove a Stripped Screw

Those screws should be Torx 6 not Pentalobe 6.
