Hello this is regarding ‘Blaupunkt New Jersey 220 BT’ car stereo. (http://www.crutchfield.com/p_023NJ220BT/…)
- On the backside of this device there are 4 RCA jacks (2 red and 2 white) . can you please let me know what these are for. Are these pre-amp outputs?
- I have a rather different question. I want to use this device at home instead of a car. Basically use this as a home music system. I know that this requires a DC supply and I know how to get that done. My question is on the speaker output. I have a 2.1 channel speaker system that has an AUX-IN port . My intention is to play music from the Blaupunkt 220 BT system and use my 2.1 ch speakers to play out the music . What connections do I need to do to enable this? Can i simply buy an RCA cable (ie 2 RCA male to 3.5mm headohone jack male cable like https://www.amazon.com/Belkin-F8V235-12-… ) , then connect the 2 RCA ends of this cable into two of the the Blaupunkt RCA females at the back , then connect the 3.5mm male of the cable to my Aux-in of my 2.1 ch speaker system? Will this work or will it blow away my speaker system
Manjunath Lakshminarayanan yes that would work. You could also run the speaker out from the wiring harness connector “Part B” in the image and connect that via 3.5mm jack to your soundbar.
