Chosen Solution
Hey there, we ordered iphone 5s glasses and thought that they contain the glass, the frame and the oca glue layer. Unfortunately there is no OCA layer on the inside of the glass. So we can not connect the glass with the lcd. Do we have to buy those OCA layers seperately? Do you have some solutions or links? Thank you for the response! Onur from Mobile-Box Thanks a lot
You can buy the OCA glue (sheets) online in many places but if it were me, I’d return the glass and purchase the display already together. Ifixit carries these and used at a very reasonable price. The reason I suggest returning the glass only is that if it is not done absolutely perfect, you wind up with bubbles or worse in your display. iPhone 5s LCD and Digitizer
Considering your name is rfurbishman I’m assuming you are wanting to do screen refurb on many different screens and not just one. You received a 2in1 glass which is the glass and frame what you need is a 3in1 which is glass, frame and OCA then there is a 4 in1 which is glass,frame,OCA and polarizer do not get this one because the polarizer bubbles are very unforgiving.
