I have power to the motor. And have checked it with voltmeter. Replaced the resistor. No luck there so I checked the speed control switch and it is melted a little on the connector and there isn’t any resistance on the switch. I tried jumping the switch but nothing happened there either. So now I want to check the connector on the resistor. However I can’t find an help with that.
Hi @fordfun , Do you mean the blower motor resistor? Here is an image from the repair manual, showing the circuit for a 2005 F150 auto and manual A/C blower motor and motor resistor.
