Chosen Solution
This happened two days ago when my mom hit my laptop pretty hard, it just didn’t want to work. At first it was just a black screen that showed my cursor after the hp logo, now after the logo it just keeps loading, y’know with the little balls spinning in a circle but without the logo, literally a black loading screen, also after a while it crashes and pulls up the blue screen with a sad face which turns the entire thing into a loop. I’ve tried taking the RAM out and back but to no avail. I’ve gone to hardware diagnostics and scanned and found my short DST with a warning, I planned on opening the entire laptop but at one point it just didn’t want to pull apart, even after carefully checking for any more screws. I’ve grown a headache from this and I need some help, please send some tips or anything really. Thanks
