HP Color LaserJet CP3025 does not print black and it only prints black when there is any color

I can’t find CP 3025 documentation. There is the CP2025 and the CP3525? Has it ever printed black before, or has this problem always existed? If always, have you installed the proper drivers? Here is a link to the drivers: CP2025 and CP3525 Here are the user guides: CP2025 and CP3525. Look at the “Solving Problems” Chapter in each manual. I suggest you start with the following items: Basic troubleshooting checklist (Pages 94 and 164 for CP2025 and CP3525, respectively).Solve Image-quality problems (Pages 110 and 206, respectively).Calibrate the product (Pages 118 and 208, respectively). If none of this helps, please provide some more information. For example, how long has this been happening, what operating system you are running, explain more about when it will print in black, etc.
