Hp designjet 800 does not recognize black cartridge in ink supply station
Is this a re-loaded cartridge? Many of HP printers access the cartridge ID and decrement the level but have no way to reset without altering the ID.
I met the same problem,my printhead is clogged,so you should check out your printhead,or maybe there is something wrong with other parts.You can get some kits to clean it. Such as cleaning swab.
