I changed the blue cartridge twice, and the screen of my printer indicates that the blue cartridge is indeed full. However, all pages printed come without the blue color. I’ve ran the “cleaning heads” programme 3 times in a row, but that doesn’t fix the issue. Can something (dried print) be clogging the blue head? Does the head has to be cleaned manually? How do I do this?

If you have never tried before, have you chosen the correct media in printer preference > Paper quality > The media Settings area? If the card stock is not listed, select the same type, such as an index card or brochure, etc., so that the printer “expects " paper is thick.
