Hi have got a laptop, a hp, tpn-c125. When j turn it on it makes a beeping noise and the screen lights up. After that though it stays like that. Nothing else is displayed and it does not boot at all.
Update (02/18/2020) Hi, thank you. The issue was the hard drive, have changed it now and all works fine .
Hi @danscreens , How many beeps? Is there a pattern to the beeps? Look up HP laptop beep error codes and check if the code is there and what the possible cause is.
