HTC Desire vibrates 7 times at boot and freezes. Do anybody knows if it’s an HW or SW problem? I manage to access the POWER + VOLUME DOWN boot menu.. I tried to reset to factory settings but nothing changed. I also tried to unlock it via HTC official unlocker: when I get to the confirmation screen, I select yes but nothing happens, just like described here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthre… thank you
Hey Sezar, There is no way to fix that thing.. :( yes.. because the motherboard is damage. due to overcharge or idk? but when did this started?

i have same problem like above, i try to put cwm recovery but cmd said “remote: loading image error”. the phone was unlock bootloader , what should i do? anybody know? please tell me

It happened to me too, after sleeping in the wild near the sea for a week. I guess it was salt+moisture in the air. Or just moisture and dust that collected in the phone… Anyway, i took it apart and washed all circuit boards in warm water, take off “shields” (everything except LCD and battery), and then rinsed with isopropanol (distilled water would be better, and pure ethanol is better, but had none), and it works again ;-) It is really old and worth about zero by now, so i experimented ;-)
