Huawei p30 turned off randomly while on charge and doesnt turn back on. I got a battery replacement but it still doesnt turn on. What could be the issue?
Press and hold the power button for 15 seconds and see if it force reboots. If not it could be a bad charging port causing the problem. I use a usb meter to check how much power a phone is taking from the charger. Try the charger connector on both sides. Plug it in and leave it for 10 minutes, if no joy pull it out, turn it over and put it back in then leave it 10 minutes and see if there’s any life. If not I’d try a new charge port.
