Question: I bought a tablet of a guy the top half of the tablet works for touch but the bottom half does not work for touch it’s not cracked and does not look as though it suffered water damage, any ideas to why the bottom half wont respond?
Hi, What is the make and model number of the tablet if it is not a Galaxy Tab 3 7.0? It could be either a loose digitizer connection on the systemboard or a faulty digitizer. Were you aware of the problem or did the guy tell you of the problem with the touch when you bought it? If not then if it turns out to be a faulty digitizer you should contact the guy and re-negotiate the price of the tablet.
