Hi, it all started when I got frustrated and broke the triggers on one controller, I have two controllers so it wasn’t the biggest issue. I just opened up my other controller and took the triggers which I then put back into my broken controller.

However, after doing this n’either of the controllers will turn on or charge anymore. It can’t really be a battery issue, the ribbon cable is also in for both the touchpad and the back of the PS4.

Any suggestions I could have broken ?

Maybe that’s a stupid question, but did you reassembled them correctly? If they are not turning on nor charging it may indicate that the battery is not connected to the logic board.
