I have a Samsung galaxy grand prime plus, the problem is it keeps on showing “not registered to network” and I can not perform hard reset using Power + Volume up/down as it does not get to the reboot mode instead it restarts like a phone that was off. Also I tried manual reset via settings and still this does not help as it is not responding to this command. What can I do to do factory/original settings on my phone please help me. I am in South Africa and
Hi @vidoe , You need to “unlock” the phone from the Cell C network. Either contact Cell C about an unlock code for your phone (and how much it may cost you to get the unlock code) or search online for Cell C South Africa SIM unlock code to find companies that you can purchase the code from. You will need to know the IMEI number of your phone. Dial *#06# from your phone to find the number in your phone. Once it is unlocked you will be able to use any network that your phone is compatible with.
