I can only hear caller (or dial tone) if phone is on speaker mode, although they can hear me. Problem with just one handset, but now both. Help!
Hi @needsageek , What is the make and model number of the phone if it is not a Uniden D1760-2? Have you tried increasing the earpiece speaker volume by pressing the Volume Up button a few times when you are on a call or even when listening to the dial tone?
