Chosen Solution The tempered glass is crack and seems strongly adhered to screen . Tried to remove from edges but the edge gets broken and my watch looks ugly. Use Aceton to melt the adhesive. You can use a sharp razor tool in a flat angle. If you’re scared, you can use a plastic spudger instead. My watch is forunner 935 i.e plastic body..any effect using aceton?

Today it’s still possible to source new battery packs for this machine, but maybe not anymore in 4-5 years. Hence my question… Would it be possible to de-solder the LiPo cells and reinstall the battery management board (without battery cells attached) to operate the laptop without batteries, avoiding the performance throttling feature people run into when powering their macBooks without installing the battery?...

Chosen Solution I recently replaced both the battery and the lighting connector assembly. Everything works fine except for the home button. I am still using the OEM home button assembly and the contacts are still correctly attached to the back of the digitizer. It appears that they come into contact with the metal prongs on the lightning assembly but the home button doesn’t activate. I then removed the screen and tried shorting the contacts but nothing resulted from it....

I have no personal workshop or anything, and I don’t know about taking to the phone store to get it wiped, since I haven’t fully backed everything up.
