Chosen Solution Hello. I have an HP 15-1039wm laptop with a broken screen casing/back cover. I have searched high and low for a replacement cover, but cannot find one for this particular model. HP 15-f039wm comes up quite frequently, though. Are these the same computer? Or are they different? Anyway, any help locating a replacement cover would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Chosen Solution Hi all. So my Pixel XL had the well-chronicled microphone not working/no vibration combination that had become problematic enough I decided to swap out the daughterboard. I’d never opened a phone sealed with adhesive (previous phone repairs had clips) and while removing the screen worked the tool too deep and damaged the digitizer ribbon cable/cracked the screen. I ordered a new digitizer/screen assembly, replaced the daughterboard and screen and tried to fire up the phone but no luck....

Chosen Solution How can I remove the interior rear view mirror on a 2005 chevy equinox. The mirror constanly drops out of place while driving. There is a ring near the ball socket that loose. Takes a T15 Torx to take the screw that holds it onto the windshield brkt. Unplug the wiring and it’s out. Will most likely require another mirror, mine does. most of them are glued on. My camera got stuck on “turn off, remove lens cap.” Error mode, so i tried the forcibly hitting camera by dropping it to carpet floor about 2-3 times (soft surface) and immediately removed error! Chosen Solution Hi, This is the underside of top of my D600 that I dropped. To mend the top display I had to remove this board and do some soldering. I pulled out the ribbon that goes into the white connector at the bottom of the board as you view it - see attached photos. I pushed back the ribbon, although it did no go completely in. After re-assembling the camera I found the wheel under the forefinger inperative....

Unfortunately, it does not look like iFixit carries the exact part you need. I did find one here, however: http://www.powerbookmedic.com/xcart1/pro… This is an issue I would serious consider just living with, as the 12" Powerbook G4 is one of the most difficult models to work on, requiring an incredible amount of patience and care, as the parts are small, easily deformed, and very tightly put together....

It’s not as simple as replacing an iPhone screen. I believe most (if not all) android phones use only adhesive to keep the screen attached.
