Try holding the power button and the down volume down key until it brings up the recovery screen, then scroll using the volume key to scroll to wipe data/factory reset tap power button to select after it’s done with that scroll to reboot system now and tap the power button to select…it should work fine after that…....
Chosen Solution the audio on my iMac has become very scratchy. how do I know if it’s the speakers or a different audio component part? can external speakers be added to resolve the issue? On the back of your system you should see two 3.5-mm analog/optical combo output jacks one is the speaker and the other for the microphone. Just plug in a speaker to check it.
Chosen Solution Took in a dead HP 11-v031nr chromebook that had a moderate amount of corrosion on the motherboard, which was cleaned with IPA. This allowed the chromebook to charge the battery again. However, despite having the chromebook plugged in overnight and seemingly having a full battery, the chromebook does not power on. Its charge light simply glows white when plugged in, then goes out and stays dark when unplugged. If there are specific spots on the board I need to test for that can be pointed out, or any solutions otherwise, those would be appreciated, as I am still new to motherboard diagnostics and other aspects of that nature....
Chosen Solution importer, HP announced that the power source is not available as a sparepart. I suppose there is only some component which should be change. Do someboy experience of repeiring this kind of monitor. Risto Jarvi, not uncommon that you can not get the power supply from the importer. Your best chance would be to disassemble the monitor and to take a look at the power supply. It could be as simple as a couple of capacitors or a fuse, to something more complicated....

Chosen Solution I turn on my LG Model 37LC7D-UB the green light blinks 7 to 8 times then stays on but no picture do I have to have cable to it Janet Musella you will have to have some video input (cable, DVD, game console etc.,) but none of that would cause the blinking. The 7 blink code could be a power supply issue as well as a failed inverter board and lastly your panel as well....
Chosen Solution hey folks, I was waiting a while for my replacement apple watch force touch gasket to come in (a screen protector had ripped my display off when trying to remove it, and torn one of the force touch gasket’s cables)… so when it finally came in, I jumped the gun and sealed everything up before testing (d’oh). Now I can’t for the life of me get the screen back off–a testament to iFixit’s replacement part, but I never had to do this before as the screen just popped off both of the last two times I tried to remove my tempered glass screen protectors....
Chosen Solution I used the T5 Torx screwdriver to open the the single 2.9 mm T5 Torx screw securing the SSD to the logic board. But when i turn it to unscrew, it stripped and i cant open it. Any suggestion to open the stripped screw simply? There is a tool called vampliers. these are just a normal set of pliers that have had grooves cut in order to grip the head of a screw....
