Chosen Solution Hi there, I’ve been struggling to find any tutorials on how to replace the touch bar (and heat sink) on my Mac Book Pro Touch Bar 2016. Does anyone have any advice on this? Heat sink is easy, however Touch Bar is not. Basically you need to swap the entire top case. Nobody seems to sell standalone Touch Bar units. I’m not sure about software pairing either.

Chosen Solution How much is it to replace charge port on?classic ipod I would recommend buying a motherboard off of eBay or some other website where you can buy iPod parts. The charging port is attached to the motherboard itself so you will need to replace the entire motherboard or solder in a new charging connector.
Chosen Solution How do you fix an app that does not work with ios 11 and is not in the apple app store. the app is in the phone but can not pull it up Is it a 32 bit only app? If that’s the case then there isn’t really a way to run it on iOS 11 since it’s a 64bit only OS
Chosen Solution I was replacing my battery with an ifixit battery it was working fine until the next day when it wouldn’t turn on then I connected the power cord to the MacBook and pressed the power button and it turned on but no battery symbol in the menu bar or in system preferences I tried resetting the SMC but with no luck it didn’t work I put the original battery in and it worked again how do I fix this....

I do have warranty but I wanna fully get it working first before I go back and ask about it. any solutions? If there is a warranty do not try any tech ideas on it. Chosen Solution I have a 2009 Jaguar XF and I went to replace thermostat and when I removed I noticed a piece was broke in the housing. @mikesmith2005 since we do not know where and how it is broken nor do we know what engine size this is, use the coolant part from the workshop manual and see if that will help you out. Chosen Solution I had a cracked screen and ordered a new one from ifixit and there is no display coming out on new screen. The most common reason for this is that the tiny shim that goes between the display connector and the MB is missing. But the display cable is also easy to damage.

What could be the reason behind the pop and loss of picture? It is either the backlight LEDs or the power supply, especially since part of the screen went dark a bit before the pop....

Chosen Solution Over the past few weeks, I’ve noticed that my MacBook Core 2 Duo has developed a high-pitched squealing noise. It almost sounds like a high pitched record scratch with a variable frequency. It sounds like it’s coming from the back right side of the machine, near the power button and right side speaker.
