(2) What adhesive to bond copper tape fingers to new PCB material? (3) How to find where the old trace is, and connect them to copper tape fingers? With pliers, the knob will rotate and click, but that is all. It does not loosen. Any hints, tips? Had same problem. Bump knob unscrews clockwise (because of head rotation) not counterclockwise. I first turned it counterclockwise and when I realized it should be clockwise it would only turn freely without unscrewing....

Now the home button and the touch id is not working. now, before the screen replacement, i did not test the touch id to see if its working, assume its working, also the home button was very hard to use, before the screen replacement, have to press very hard for the home button to work. i re-seat all the cable, lcd and digitizer is ok, just the home button not working, upon startup, there is a pop-up that said something about touch id not available....

I’ve managed to replace the 2 512MB sticks of RAM with 2 2GB sticks and even though it only shows 3GB in the BIOS the replacement wasn’t an issue.
