Chosen Solution Headset gets no volume or input from the controller or something because it only works when I push the cable into the headset extra hard and hold it there. Not sure if this is common but thats how Id describe it. Hello, It sounds like some thin wire connecting to the speakers have broken. Jamming the cable in probably helps the broken ends connect. There seemed to be something sticky on it (no idea what it might be.) I took the controller apart and cleaned it, and the sticky stuff only seemed to be on the buttons, not on the motherboard. I found this info in the Samsung Galaxy R User Manual: To remove the SIM If the device is on, press and hold the Power key and select Power off → OK to turn it off.
