Chosen Solution There was a paper jam. I cleared the paper. Now the device continues to say “carrige jam” How does one clear a carriage jam?? You can do it with 2 ways. The software way , the program will introduce to you to do it automatically ,by it’s own.You should find the utility in your HP folder,inside the Start Menu. The easy way (my way) of doing it is to take pure alcohol (or fire water) higher than 75% clear, and put it on a cloth that you don’t want to use anymore,take off the carriage and wash it with the cloth & the alcohol by rubbing it slowly a few times for 1-2 minutes and it’s done....

Chosen Solution I have a 2014 EMC 2805. The hard drive area is very tight, I cannot figure out how to use the adapter with the limited amount of space. I have a plastic housing to the left and the fan to the right and top of the hard drive. The hard drive orientation is right to left, not top to bottom. Does anyone have a work around? Chosen Solution So I finally got an iPhone 6 Plus, I opened it up to check it out. During the disassembly I found a few QC issues, one stripped screw in particular. It’s one of the screw for the battery connector bracket. Upon close inspection, the screw seems to be tilted, not all the way into the screw boss and the screw head totally messed up. It won’t turn at all, and it sits on an area very easily damaged by brute force....

First you probably want to look at this question about what to do right after you spilled water on your system. If following that doesn’t help, the only solution I can think of would be to replace the keyboard. Sadly on your laptop, I think you need to replace the whole uppercase, which you can find here....

Also the green goes out on it’s own after 1 hour or 2. Unlike the older MacBook’s which used LVDS signaling the newer retina systems use iDP signaling which is a very different signaling system. So the symptoms of colored bands and screens for a bad cable don’t show up here....

Are they still using the same motherboards and are the displays compatible with each other? Chosen Solution Home button appears to be stuck, you have to put some pressure on it to work. How can I unstick my home button? There might be something sticky between the contacts. However, the first gen iPod Touch is really hard to open. And it’s even harder to get to the home button, so I’d recommend just trying to work it back and forth. Chosen Solution Several months ago, my G Watch unfortunately went for a little swim and got water damage. I was able to remove the back and let it air dry for a couple days, after which the device seemed to work fine. The only noticeable issues I’ve had is a bit shorter battery life (but still enough to make it through a day) and a pretty dim screen. It is this second problem that I would love to fix....

Chosen Solution I’ve had safety shoes in a box for years, when i looked at them the soles were stuck to the side of the box and had black goo lines on the box. Now the soles are all sticky. I’ve never used the shoes and thought someone could and wanted to donate them but i don’t know how to get them un-sticky, i hate to throw them out! The soles were probably made with some type of polyurethane....
